Ahmad is a PhD student in the Biomedical Engineering program at GaTech and Emory. His research focuses on leveraging and developing machine learning methods to uncover neural signatures and understand the mechanisms underlying neuromotor disorders. He enjoys playing soccer, watching UFC, and writing stuff.
Ahmad received his BS in BME from the University of Rochester with a focus on digital signal processing in 2022. His undergraduate computational research focused on two thrusts: 1) How the brain processes low-resolution auditory signals and 2) how neurons change their morphology during development.
