Jonathan is a PhD student in the Machine Learning program at Georgia Tech. His research focuses on developing methods to model neural populations and their role in driving behavior, with the goal of jointly improving brain-computer interface systems and artificially intelligent assistance systems.
Jonathan completed his undergraduate degrees in Physics and Applied Mathematics at the State University of New York at Geneseo, where he worked on research projects related to methods for derivative-free optimization, human cognition and memory, and gravitational wave modeling.
