Undergraduate Research Fellow
The Systems Neural Engineering Lab (SNEL) at Emory University and Georgia Tech is excited to support undergraduate applicants to the Shenoy Undergraduate Research Fellowship in Neuroscience (SURFiN), a program within the Simons Foundation’s Autism & Neuroscience division. SURFiN offers paid, in-person research opportunities for undergraduate students seeking hands-on experience in neuroscience, along with mentorship, professional development, and opportunities to engage with the broader scientific community.
If accepted into the SURFiN program and matched with our lab, you will have the opportunity to contribute to multidisciplinary projects at the intersection of neuroscience, machine learning, real-time systems, and clinical research. Possible areas of involvement include data analysis, task development, and clinical data collection. Students interested in applying can learn more at the SURFiN program page and can apply at the SURFiN student application.
